Rates
$95 per 50-minute session
If you and your therapist make a decision to use extra time, appropriate fees apply.
-Fees owed are to be paid at the time services are rendered.
-Payments may be by cash, check, and select credit cards. No refunds.
-The above rates stay in effect as long you are an active client.
***I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for anyone at anytime.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks
Insurance
Most insurances will reimburse you for services provided.
Upon request, a receipt will be provided with all the needed information for you to turn into your insurance for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. A full fee will be required for all missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
